Why I Write Christian Novels

The simple truth is: nothing else gives me the satisfaction of having written something of value. As a Christian, I want to make every moment, every thing I do, every book I write, count for something. Life is too short, too precious to be squandered on frivolity.

Do we not all wish to be remembered for something great? I do. I would like to think that I would leave behind written treasures that would thrill those daring enough to walk into those stories seeking something deeper than dark evil things. To find truth, hope and courage to fight their own battles. To know there is a higher Power that loves them. To find a God of everlasting might who is with them in their own struggles.

And that is why I write Christian novels. Because someone, somewhere is seeking truth, and I can be a small light in the darkness that leads them there.
